Learn the skills to keep little ones safe — friendly, hands-on classes held twice a month in Weed and Yreka.
EMSA-certified pediatric First Aid and CPR training for child care providers and the public. Certification is valid for two years.
About the classes
Siskiyou Child Care Council contracts with Darrell Frost of Northern Siskiyou EMS to provide CPR and First Aid instruction. Classes are required for most child care providers and are open to the public on a first-come, first-served basis.
Participants who pass the course receive an EMSA First Aid/CPR card valid for two (2) years from the date of completion. The course includes pediatric first aid and CPR certification components.
